Is JTP Agency Legit?
Yes. And we understand why you're asking. There are bad actors in the H-2B space — so let's answer the question directly.
There are agencies charging workers thousands of dollars for jobs that don't exist. It's a real problem — and it makes people skeptical, including of legitimate agencies like us. So here's the straightforward answer.
The Evidence
Here's What Makes JTP Legitimate
DOL-Registered Recruiter
JTP Agency is listed on the US Department of Labor's official Foreign Labor Recruiter Registry — a publicly verifiable record of agencies authorized to recruit for H-2B and H-2A programs. You can search the DOL website yourself.
18+ Years in Business
JTP Agency has been operating since 2006. We've placed thousands of workers with US employers across hospitality, landscaping, agriculture, and more. Scam operations don't last 18 years.
Workers Never Pay. Not One Dollar.
This is our most important policy — and it's non-negotiable. Employers fund the recruitment process. Workers pay nothing. If anyone asks you to pay a fee to work with JTP Agency, they are impersonating us.
US-Based, Under US Law
We're headquartered in Sarasota, Florida. Not operating offshore with no accountability. We're subject to US law, answerable to US employers, and our reputation depends on getting this right.
Offices Where Our Workers Come From
We maintain offices and recruitment networks in Jamaica, Mexico, and El Salvador. We're present in the communities we recruit from — not operating remotely from behind a screen.
Real Employers. Repeat Clients.
Our employer partners are established US organizations — resorts, golf clubs, landscaping companies — who return season after season. They've verified who we are. Their trust is our track record.

Request payment via wire transfer, gift cards, or cash
Guarantee a visa or job before the employer process is complete
Operate with no verifiable US address or contact information
Pressure you to pay quickly or "hold your spot"
Contact you out of nowhere on WhatsApp offering a US job
