These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.jtpagency.com (the "Site") and the recruitment services offered through it. By accessing the Site, submitting an application, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Who We Are

The JTP Agency ("we", "our", or "us") is a US-based international recruitment agency specializing in the H-2B, H-2A, and TN visa programs. 3. Our Services

We provide recruitment and placement services: sourcing and vetting candidates, coordinating interviews with US employers, assisting workers through the visa application logistics, and coordinating travel to the job site. Please note:

• We are not a law firm. We are not immigration attorneys and do not provide legal advice. Information on this Site is general in nature; immigration questions should be directed to a licensed attorney.
• We are not the employer. Job placements are with third-party US employers. The employment relationship — including wages, schedules, and working conditions — is between the worker and the employer.
• We do not control visa decisions. Visa issuance is decided solely by US government agencies (USCIS, Department of Labor, Department of State). We cannot and do not guarantee that any visa will be granted.

4. No Fees to Workers

Applying through The JTP Agency is always 100% free for workers. We never charge workers a recruitment, placement, or processing fee — charging such fees is prohibited under the H-2 programs. All service fees are paid by employers. If anyone claiming to represent The JTP Agency asks you for money, it is a scam — do not pay, and report it to us at [email protected].

5. Applications and Eligibility

When you apply through the Site, you agree to:

• Provide information that is true, accurate, and complete
• Hold and maintain a valid passport if you are seeking placement
• Notify us of any material changes to your information or availability

Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, a job offer, or a visa. We may decline or discontinue an application at our discretion, including when information provided is inaccurate or incomplete.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any organization
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information or documents
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Site
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site by automated means without our written permission

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing in these Terms waives or limits rights that workers hold under the H-2 program regulations.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The JTP Agency and its officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

The JTP Agency sends one-to-one follow-up text messages to business owners and managers who called our office and requested information about our seasonal staffing services (H-2B/H-2A programs), including answers to inquiries and appointment scheduling links.

• You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
