The JTP Agency was founded with a simple belief: that the US visa workforce recruitment industry needed to operate with more integrity. Too many workers were being exploited — paying fees, receiving false promises, and arriving in the US unprepared.
Since 2006, we've built an operation that puts workers and employers first. We are headquartered in Sarasota, Florida, and maintain active recruitment networks in Jamaica, Mexico, and El Salvador.
We specialize in H-2B, H-2A, and TN visa programs — managing the full pipeline from recruitment and screening to visa coordination and travel logistics.
